Well, it is finally here.  This weekend, I heard someone in Bartow was diagnosed with Swine Flu.  It had to happen.  I am not a doctor, so I cannot really provide any medical advice other than the basics.  Wash your hands.  Take your vitamins.  Go see a doctor if you do not feel well.  If you are especially paranoid (not that there is anything wrong with that), try to avoid large groups and public places.

This past Thursday, I got to go skeet shooting for the first time in years.  I used to be a member of the Imperial Polk Gun Club by Recker Highway and Spirit Lake road.  Then I got a job where I worked a lot of nights and life was just busy, then the Kid came along and life just got hectic.   Earlier this week, my friend Dale asked my wife if I could come out and play with the guys.  She said “Please Do” and I was off!
